When to Report
Report any member who:
- Asks you for money, gift cards, or financial assistance for any reason
- Pressures you to move to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or another platform
- Sends sexually explicit messages or photos
- Uses photos that look professionally modelled or do not match their video
- Claims an emergency or sob story involving your money
- Sends scripted-feeling, copy-pasted, or oddly formal messages
- Insults, harasses, or threatens you
- Lies about marital status, age, or location
How to Report
1. From their profile
Open any member profile and click Report below the photo.
2. From a conversation
Inside any message thread, click Report at the top-right. The conversation is included automatically.
3. By email
Email hello@gracematch.ph with the member URL or username. For urgent issues, put “URGENT” in the subject line.
What Happens Next
- Our moderation team reviews within hours (24 hours at most)
- Confirmed violations result in warning, suspension, or ban depending on severity
- Money-request scammers are permanently banned with all profile data removed
- You will get an email confirming the review
Block Someone Instantly
From their profile or any thread, click Block. They lose all ability to see your profile or contact you, and they are not notified.
Emergency Situations
If you have sent money to someone you believe is a scammer, contact your bank and local police immediately. In the Philippines, report internet crimes to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group. We fully cooperate with law enforcement.
