Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Visit our Join page and create your free profile in two minutes. You’ll need a valid email, your gender, birth year, country, city, and your denomination. You’ll also be asked to agree to our Statement of Faith.
Is GraceMatch really free to join?
Yes. Browsing profiles, building your own profile, and receiving messages are 100% free for life. Sending unlimited messages, advanced filters, and matchmaker access unlock with our paid Grace and Beloved tiers.
Do I need to be 18 or older?
Yes. GraceMatch is for adults seeking marriage-minded relationships. We require you to be at least 18 years old to join.
What if I’m not in the Philippines?
That’s perfectly fine — and very common. GraceMatch connects Christian Filipinas with godly men from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and beyond. Our members come from 60+ countries.
Faith & Your Profile
What is the Statement of Faith?
Our Statement of Faith is a brief affirmation that you believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and that you’re seeking a relationship rooted in shared Christian values. You agree to it at signup. This is what makes GraceMatch different — every member has affirmed their faith.
Which Christian denominations are welcome?
All believers in Christ are welcome — Roman Catholic, Born Again, Baptist, Evangelical, Pentecostal, Iglesia ni Cristo, Methodist, Lutheran, Anglican, Presbyterian, non-denominational, and more. You can filter potential matches by denomination if it matters to you.
How do I edit my profile?
Visit My Account at any time to update your information, photos, faith journey, and what you’re looking for.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 6 photos. Your main photo appears in search results, so choose one where your face is clearly visible. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats.
Why is verification required?
To protect every member from catfish and scammers. We ask for a live selfie that we match against your profile photos. Once approved, you get the green Verified badge and appear in browse results. Verification usually takes under 24 hours.
Safety & Scam Prevention
How do I know a profile is real?
Every member must complete selfie verification before appearing in search. Look for the green ✓ Verified badge. Unverified profiles are hidden from browse and cannot send messages.
What if someone asks me for money?
Never send money to anyone you’ve met online — period. Our system automatically flags messages containing financial requests, gift card mentions, or attempts to move you to other platforms. Report any member who asks for money: we ban them within 24 hours.
What are the red flags I should watch for?
- Pressure to move the conversation off GraceMatch (to WhatsApp, Telegram, email)
- Refusal to do a video call after a few weeks of messaging
- Family emergencies that require money
- Stories about medical bills, visa fees, or “stuck abroad”
- Photos that look professionally modelled or strangely perfect
- Messages that feel scripted or generic
How do I report a profile?
On any profile, click the “Report” link below the profile photo. Our Filipina-led moderation team reviews every report within hours, not weeks.
Can I block someone?
Yes. From a member’s profile or any thread with them, click “Block.” They’ll no longer see your profile or be able to contact you.
Messaging
How does messaging work?
From the Browse page, click on a profile that interests you and send a message. Conversations live in your Messages inbox.
Why am I limited to 1 message per day?
Free Seeker members can send 1 “Hello” per day. This keeps the platform meaningful — when you upgrade to Grace ($29.99/month) or Beloved ($59.99/month), you get unlimited messaging.
What does Grace Premium include?
Unlimited messaging, advanced filters (city, denomination, age), see who liked you, read receipts, and priority placement in search results.
Membership & Billing
How do I upgrade to Grace or Beloved?
Visit the Upgrade page and choose your tier. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You’ll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
If you upgrade and aren’t satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at hello@gracematch.ph for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Filipino Christian Men
Can Filipino Christian men join?
Yes. GraceMatch is built for Filipino believers too. Many Christian Filipinas prefer to meet a godly Filipino husband close to home — and we want to make that easy.
How do I get the Philippine peso pricing?
At signup, select “I am a Filipino Christian man”. This unlocks local pricing: Grace at ₱999/month and Beloved at ₱1,999/month — same features as the international tiers, paid in pesos.
How do I pay with GCash?
After choosing a tier, you’ll see our GCash QR code on the thank-you page along with our number and account name. Send your payment via GCash and we’ll review and activate your premium tier within 24 hours.
What if I forgot to tick the Filipino Christian man checkbox at signup?
No problem. Email us at hello@gracematch.ph with your account email and we’ll switch you over to local pricing.
Do I still need to verify with a selfie?
Yes — verification keeps every member safe regardless of country or tier. The selfie process is the same for everyone: one quick photo with two fingers next to your face, reviewed within 24 hours.
Why are local prices lower than international?
We use purchasing-power-parity pricing — the same approach Netflix, Spotify, and most global apps use. ₱999 in the Philippines has roughly the same real-world weight as $29.99 in the United States. We want Filipino Christian men in this community too, and dollar pricing would lock most of them out.
Meeting in Person & Travel
Is it safe to travel to the Philippines to meet her?
The Philippines is a wonderful, welcoming country — but like any international trip, it requires preparation. Beloved tier members receive a personalised first-visit briefing including recommended cities, accommodation tips, and a 24/7 check-in line during your trip.
What’s the K-1 / spouse visa guidance call?
A 30-minute orientation call (included with Beloved tier) that walks you through the K-1 fiancée visa process or your country’s equivalent — timeline, document checklist, common pitfalls, and how to build a strong evidence packet. We also refer you to vetted immigration attorneys when you need legal advice.
Will GraceMatch help me plan my first visit?
Beloved members get our Philippines Trip Planning Guide — city safety guides, sample 7/14/21-day itineraries, GCash setup for foreigners, cultural orientation (meeting her family, gift culture, church etiquette), and recommended hotels by region.
Account & Technical
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
From the Sign In page, click “Forgot password?” and we’ll email you a reset link.
I’m not receiving emails from GraceMatch.
Check your spam folder first. Add hello@gracematch.ph to your contacts. If you still don’t receive emails, write to us and we’ll investigate.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My Account → Settings → Delete My Account. Your profile, photos, and messages will be permanently removed within 30 days, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
What information do you collect, and how is it used?
See our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what’s needed to run the platform, never sell your data, and comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable international regulations.
