Your Rights as a Data Subject
Right to Be Informed
You have the right to know what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email hello@gracematch.ph with “Data Access Request” in the subject. We respond within 15 working days.
Right to Object
You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing or other purposes. You can also withdraw any consent you previously gave.
Right to Rectification
You can correct any inaccurate or outdated personal data. Most fields are editable from My Account; for anything else, email us.
Right to Erasure or Blocking
You may request that we delete or block your personal data when no longer necessary, when you withdraw consent, or when the data was processed unlawfully. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
Right to Data Portability
You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to File a Complaint
If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. We encourage you to email us first at hello@gracematch.ph: we resolve most issues quickly.
Right to Damages
You have the right to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised use of your personal data.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
GraceMatch members include foreign nationals (US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU). When a Philippine member exchanges messages with a foreign member, some personal data crosses borders. We apply the same safeguards regardless of where data is processed.

Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as financial transactions for tax purposes).
