By creating an account or using GraceMatch PH (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GraceMatch. You must be legally and biblically free to marry. You must agree to our Statement of Faith and Community Guidelines.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post. You grant GraceMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display your content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to post the content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use GraceMatch to:
- Solicit money or anything of value from other members
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Post sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or illegal content
- Spam, scrape, or use automated tools to access the Service
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
Violations are addressed in our Community Guidelines.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Free Seeker accounts are free of charge. Grace and Beloved tier subscriptions are billed monthly via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from My Account and you continue using premium features until your current billing period ends.
6. Refunds
If you upgrade and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact hello@gracematch.ph for a full refund. After 7 days you can cancel anytime to stop future billing but already-collected charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from My Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Terminated accounts forfeit any active subscription without refund.
8. No Guarantee of Matches
GraceMatch is a platform that helps members meet. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will lead to a relationship, or that any relationship will lead to marriage.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that profiles are 100% truthful despite our verification efforts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraceMatch total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for actions of other members or for outcomes of relationships formed through the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Philippines, unless required otherwise by your local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
