Billing & Subscriptions
For billing questions, refunds, or subscription changes, email with your account email and the issue. Refund requests within the first 7 days of upgrade are honored automatically.
Press & Media
Journalists covering Christian dating, Filipino-foreigner relationships, or romance-scam prevention can email with “Press” in the subject. Spokespeople available.
Partnerships
Immigration attorneys, Christian counsellors, travel operators, churches, and ministries interested in partnership can write with “Partnership” in the subject.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). Weekend emails are reviewed Monday morning. Urgent safety emails are monitored 24/7.
