3. How We Use Your Data

4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

- Service providers: hosting (web hosting provider), email (transactional email service), payment processing (Stripe / PayPal), analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit), search (Yoast SEO). These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.
- Law enforcement: when required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud, harassment, or threats to safety.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. See our Data Privacy (NPC) page for the full list and how to exercise each right.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except for records we must legally keep (financial transactions for tax purposes are kept for 10 years per BIR requirements).
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), regular security audits, and limited employee access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
8. Cross-Border Transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside the Philippines (typically Singapore, US, or EU data centres). The same safeguards apply regardless of location. When you message a foreign member, your message is delivered to their account wherever they are.
9. Children
GraceMatch is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an underage account, we delete it immediately.
10. Cookies
See our dedicated Cookie Settings page for what cookies we use and how to manage them.
11. Marketing Emails
We may send occasional emails about new features, success stories, or seasonal promotions. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Essential service emails (verification, billing, security) cannot be unsubscribed because they are part of operating your account.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Contact
